All Nia® classes listed below are suitable for a broad range of fitness levels and bodies, and no previous experience is needed.
​
Wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat for cool down and floor work (some classes have options for cool down to be performed in a chair).
​
Classes are taught barefoot but participants are free to wear indoor soft-soled footwear if they prefer.
